This Privacy Policy explains what information VoidNumber ("we", "us") collects when you use void-number.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account data. Your email address, name and a securely hashed password.
• Wallet & payments. Your balance and a record of top-ups and rentals. Card and crypto payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
• Rental data. The numbers you rent, the service and country selected, and the verification messages received during an active rental.
• Technical data. Basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

How we use your information

• To provide the number-rental service and deliver SMS codes to you.
• To process payments and maintain your wallet balance.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and other prohibited use.
• To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

SMS message retention

Verification messages are shown to you while a rental is active. We do not retain SMS message content after a rental has ended; it is removed from your dashboard and our active records.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate VoidNumber (for example payment processors and our number supplier), and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting and anti-fraud purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@void-number.io.
