1. The service

VoidNumber provides temporary, disposable virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving one-time SMS verification codes. Numbers are rented on a pay-per-use basis from your wallet balance.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoidNumber to:

• Commit fraud, impersonation or any illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten or send spam to anyone.
• Circumvent the security or terms of another platform in violation of its rules or the law.
• Resell numbers or access in breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, without refund of balances attributable to the abuse.

3. Payments & balance

Top-ups are added to your wallet and used to pay for rentals at the price shown before you confirm. Card payments may carry a processing fee; crypto payments do not. Minimum and maximum top-up amounts apply.

4. Refunds

If a rented number does not receive a verification code, you may cancel the rental and the cost is returned to your wallet balance automatically. Once a code has been received, the rental is considered complete and is non-refundable.

5. No guarantee of delivery

Verification messages depend on third-party carriers and the platform sending them. We cannot guarantee that every service will accept a given number or that a code will always arrive. Where it does not, our refund process applies.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidNumber is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
